I can truthfully say that there is not - or ever will be - a band that means more to me than Death Cab for Cutie does. I discovered their music in the second half of my high school years, I spent my entire senior year biking through the fields around my house and listening to Transatlanticism. There’s never been a band that can evoke so much memory and nostalgia, I feel like I can tie every song to a specific memory or event or place. There’s absolutely no other band who can do that for me. I wanted this poster to be a physical manifestation of those memories and thoughts and feelings.
